SOME PEOPLE HAVE REPORTED THAT SOME OPTIONS REQUIRE THAT YOU SET
THE TIMER to 60 MINUTES instead of NO TIME LIMIT.

While these options CAN be used at any time during battle, the BEST
time to use the top 3 options is during the phase where you can place
units BEFORE you click the LAUNCH BATTLE button, which will help ensure
that the AI doesn't get the same advantages.  Toggle them on and then
place as many units as you like, and then toggle it back off.

Unlimited Requisition:
Toggle off when not needed.  Best used BEFORE  you start the battle.  While this is on, each unit you place will GIVE you more points to spend.  Toggle back off when you have plenty.  The points will be there when you start the battle.
