Notes

Resource Quantity:
First PAUSE the game. For resources you have to click on a building that produces it first so it shows the produced resource and then press hotkey. Works only if there is at least 1 produced resource. Also please make sure that there is currently no worker on the way to collect the produced resources, otherwise your change will be ignored by the game. On top of that changes will NOT be visible ingame immediately. For produced resources you need to open the window again to see it has changed.

Change Gold:
First PAUSE the game. Click on the build button at the top right. Press hotkey, you must spend / get gold ingame first before you see it has changed.
