Numpad 1: Heal Damage - press key to heal your character back to 100%

Numpad 2: Super Health - press this key to give your character a massive amount
	of health.  Picking up health upgrades or new levels will reset this.

Numpad 3: Super Fuel - press this key to give your character a massive amount
	of fuel.  Picking up fuel upgrades or new levels will reset this.

Numpad 4: Massive Ammo - press this key to give the current weapon massive ammo.
	Picking up ammo upgrades or refills or new levels will reset this.

Numpad 5: More Lives - press this key to give 5 lives.
