Stronger Fleet: Option will TRY to give your ships massive HP when they take damage. Note that may not work all the time, or special circumstances, or server, may cause this to fail. The best way to try and have this work without issue, is to keep your forces in the field of view at all times. Weak Enemy Fleet: Option will TRY to give enemy ships low HP when they take damage.
