Rough Carry Capacity & Drill Guide: ----------------------------------- Written by Guide Rough indication of how much you can efficiently carry without losing too much speed, as well as how much you can freely carry and how many drill hits it will take to destroy terrain. -=Carry Capacity (Rough Guide)=- * Free carry = how much you can carry without losing speed. * Efficient carry = how much you can carry while moving at the highest speed / resource. * Edge = how much you can carry with slight inefficiency, e.g. if small number left behind. * Max carry = how much you can carry and barely move. 5.7 (Engineer base) * Untested. I always get the first drill & carry upgrades, so I carry 4 iron back at least twice. 2.4 (Engineer 1st upgrade, costs 4 iron) * Free: 2-3 * Efficient: 4-6 * Edge: 7 (+1) * Max: 8 1.05 (Engineer 2nd upgrade, costs 8 iron) * Free: 4-5 * Efficient: 7-8 * Edge: 9 (+1) * Max: 14 0.42 (Engineer 3rd upgrade, costs 12 iron) * Free: 6-7 * Efficient: 9-10 * Edge: 15 (+1-6) * Max: 21 0.17 (Engineer final upgrade, costs 16 iron) * Free: 10 * Efficient: 17-19 * Edge: untested * Max: 33 It generally makes sense to split a load into half or three thirds and carry them back if the amount of resources is more than the edge case.
