Fast Construction: Toggle on and the building of structures is nearly instant. Unlimited Building Integrity: Toggle on and your buildings have massive integrity and do not deteriorate. Also, many things in the game occur much more quickly, including production. Fast Tech Research: Toggle on and when you start research, it completes much more quickly.
