Using this Trainer
------------------
Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Notes

Numpad 1: Player Health - turn this on to prevent your main character from
	death.  You can still die if you are in vehicles that explode.

Numpad 2: Squad Health - turn this on to prevent your squad members from
	death......
