1. Unrar 2. copy "config.cfg" in : \Portal_directory\portal\cfg 3. Create shortcut on hl2.exe and add -dev 4. Run the game 5. In game press: Left "SHIFT + F1" to activate Dev Mode, click dev bouton and select AI to activate cheat. Enjoy! note : this cheat activate all cheat and all dev mode, the best!
