Modify the rules.ini to suit your needs. Place the file in your Tiberian Sun directory and it will overwrite the existing rules. You must start a new game or restart the current level for the changes to take effect. Games saved in the middle of a level will not be affected. To have the values go back to default, exit the game and remove the rules.ini from your Tiberian Sun directory. Have fun!
