Usage
-----

	Just copy RULES.INI and RULESMD.INI files (RULES.INI for original
'Red Alert 2' and RULESMD.INI fir 'Yuri`s Revenge') into game directory and
edit anything what you want inside. Please note that the restarting of
mission is not sufficient for changes applying - just exit to Windows and
run game again.

Requirements

OS:	- Windows 95(any), Windows 98(any) or Windows ME
	- Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 4 or newer installed
	- Windows 2000(any, lastest Service Pack recommended)
	- Windows XP(any)

	Also needed the 'Command and Conquer:Red Alert 2/Yuri`s Revenge' game
and the RULES.INI files itself of course...
