	Tested on: V 1.07f-English.

Bugs
----
	1. The Tech. advancement Writing and Mathematics were mixed-up.

Usage
-----

	Just run the editor civ3edit.exe and load the savegame by clicking the load button.
Click the save button when you edited the date.
