REMEMBER: Backup file(s) before editing.

It is a program that will scan the saved game files for Fallout Tactics and
hopefully be able to locate the character data therein.  Sometimes the game
saves the files differently; the editor can't handle these.  If this happens
a message appears giving details.

Saved game files with really long names will stuff up the menu, as I didn't
make it handle them gracefully (or at all, really, if they're longer than 64
characters).  So if you've got a really long filename, then just rename it
or use a different file.

If your character isn't listed then it is because there is another character
