Venetica daytime switcher 1.0

Description
===========
During gameplay, press the hotkey, and the time of the day will be set to the next, in the following order:
Mignight -> Dawn -> Afternoon -> Dusk -> Midnight
Tested with Venetica 1.02.

Installation:
=============
1. Put the LUA script to the Venetica directory (same directory as keybinds.ini).
2. Edit keybinds.ini and add this line (replace KC_F4 with a hotkey of your choice):
KC_F4 = Pina.Application:getInstancePtr():getScriptInterpreter():executeScriptFile("DayTimeSwitch.lua", "Scripting")

Uninstallation
==============
1. Remove the LUA script.
2. Remove the line you added earlier to keybinds.ini.
